Dear Southwind Neighbors,

Our Annual Meeting will be held on Monday, October 27th at 7:00 PM at Carolina Trace Country Club. We encourage all residents to attend, as this is a great opportunity to stay involved and help shape the future of our community.

 

As part of the meeting, we will be electing members to the Southwind POA Board. According to our bylaws, the Board may consist of 8–11 members, with a maximum of 3 members serving on the Architectural Committee.

If you are interested in serving—or nominating a neighbor—please reach out to the Board by September 20th so we can include your name on the ballot.

A Preview Ballot will be sent out via email prior to the meeting. Voting will take place at the Annual Meeting or by proxy.

Your participation makes a difference, and volunteering for the Board is a great way to support and strengthen our neighborhood.
